Our visit to the Ashford Outlet was disappointing. The food arrived in stages and with an attitude. One waiter seemed resentful while bringing us undercooked polenta chips. There was no draught beer available, only bottles. The waitress didn’t understand my request for light tonic water, and we were frequently ignored with empty glasses. No one offered to clear our plates or suggest desserts. Getting the bill was a hassle, and it was just dumped on the table. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the waitress shrugged it off. I’ve since learned that friends had similar experiences. We won't be returning.
