I joined the Pizza Express Club last year, by downloading the App onto my mobile, and had worked up to Silver Level which gives a few more benefits for the loyal customer.Today, I tried to book a table using the App and was requested to update it. This was not possible as, following a long chat with Customer Services, the update doesn't work on my mobile. This renders my membership unuseable, and I am not prepared to get a new mobile in order to use the App. I would have given this review 1 star, but the Customer Services person did do her best to help me so I upgraded the review.I have been a customer of Pizza Express since its early days, so this is very disappointing. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
