Incredibly rude staff at 450 The Strand, London branch. Rudely accused of taking his photo (Why would I?). I did not. Showed him my photos on my mobile to reassure him did not take his photo. Might have been the glare from mobile screen when I took out mobile from pocket as I was waiting to be seated at the till. Don't know. He was satisfied no photo taken but no apology offered by him nor his 2 colleagues who were also by till just chatting to him, instead of seating myself. Still not seated as they went back to chatting amongst themselves so I left. Terrible customer service
