I placed an order for delivery at 5:30 for my nephews, my partner, and myself. It took more than 2 hours to leave the kitchen, arriving at 7:50, and half of the order was missing and cold. The kids went to bed without any food. I contacted the support team to express my concerns about the issues at the restaurant, and their response was essentially dismissive, stating it wasn't their problem since I ordered through the app. Their reply was simply: “sorry you were disappointed.” They did not acknowledge the long wait, the lack of phone support, or that three delivery drivers had to leave without the order. Instead, they focused on how I felt rather than taking any responsibility. I've visited this place several times before, but I won't be returning—it's not just the experience I can overlook, but the disrespectful response from the customer service team.
