The waitress, who mentioned she was a vegetarian, couldn't provide any guidance on meat dishes. When our food finally arrived, it was cold, including the coffee. The garden pizza did not match our previous experiences, lacking key ingredients like rocket. When we requested oils and cheese, the waitress hesitated as if it were an unreasonable request. We waited a long time to pay, and when we approached the register, the chef rudely told us to sit down instead. Eventually, he handed us the bill and asked if we wanted our change, which was surprising. We left feeling frustrated and have decided not to return, not just to this location but to any in the chain. Our attempts to phone ahead were futile, and when we inquired, we were told the phone was broken. It's disappointing that a well-known restaurant can't manage basic customer service.
