The pizzas are delicious, but the service is quite disappointing. Recently, the delivery took over an hour, and when the pizzas finally arrived, they were cold. When I called to address this, instead of an apology, I was questioned about why the food was cold. It's not worth the hassle; I'm very let down as the representative showed no concern and kept making excuses. I won’t be ordering again.

Last week, I ordered 8 pizzas for my group from this location. I called after placing the order online, and they were incredibly helpful. The delivery driver was excellent—punctual, at the correct location, and very courteous. The pizzas were delicious, and the service was the best I've had in a long time. The driver truly deserves recognition as a star of the team.
I spoke with a very rude representative on the phone. When I inquired about the timing of my order after he initially said 25-35 minutes, he responded rudely, asking why I was asking when he had already told me. After waiting 35 minutes, I found the food to be good, but the service was terrible! I won't be ordering from here again!
The manager provided outstanding service, always taking care of our large party orders and ensuring the kids were happy with complimentary items. We really appreciate it—10/10 for the food, which is halal, and the overall cleanliness, speed, and reliability.
Three times in a row, they delivered the wrong pizza. The first order had onions when I requested none. The second time, the cheese had a bad smell. The third time, they sent bacon instead of the vegetarian option and falsely claimed I ordered incorrectly. I wish to file a complaint regarding the service.

The delivery person was friendly, and the pizzas were well-presented, with a free sauce included. Overall, it was a fantastic first experience ordering.
While waiting for my pizzas, I noticed a staff member confront the counter staff about being stared at, which affected my order negatively. I’ve reached out to the company and received a response that still made me feel like I was at fault. I was simply watching the pizzas being prepared, and the way my order was handled was unacceptable. I haven't returned since, as I don't want to feel uncomfortable when spending my money.
