The in store co workers were coroperative and very helpful in understanding me the cashiers, part timers and even the manger at the location who was Esmeralda gave me way better service than the call centre EVER did they were so disrespectful and if I got names I would honestly report them because why are you working for a pizza store and can’t even listen to what the customer has to say nor respect what they have to say. My partner wanted pizza from pizza nova but personally and truthfully if it wasn’t for the in store people I would never get pizza nova again because of the phone service. So however yes you guys need to fix the call centre It is super unprofessional super disrespectful
