Review Time
I have sung the praises of Pizza Nova for the last 17 years. But no more. The last few orders have not been up to the previous standards. I'm told that the company has been sold. The new owners want to get back their money quickly. That's the only conclusion I can make.They have reduced the amount of cheese and toppings.I will have to find another place for my pizza cravings.
Have ordered many times when it was under a previous owner ship. In the last 6 months the new owners have changed the ingredients to tomato sauce , it is bland no spices, the cheese has been changed it’s poor quality they skimp on all ingredients and burn the pizza dough to the point where the crust curls up. They don’t get there orders right, if you order polonium they’ll replace it with wings instead.I have complained a couple weeks ago and got a credit. Tonight I used my credit and was disappointed by this order once again. For me this is over and will never purchase any thing from pizza nova. The shit poor location is Alcona INNISFIL.
Visited Pizza Nova Collingwood, Ontario today. This is the best pizza ever, and we normally pickup weekly. The place is very clean. Jason and his staff are very friendly and professional to deal with. They treat the customers like friends and family.
They don’t even deserve one star, long time customer almost 18 years, since I have moved they can’t even take accurate address to give it to the driver to deliver. 1st day almost an hour late so I give them another chance the next day late for almost an hour. It seems they like to make an excuses a lot. It’s approximate time 35-40 minutes doesn’t mean an hour and 10 minutes then you call me back after 1 1/2 hour, very good to make an excuse but not having the orders ready, don’t bother go somewhere else. Funny thing one location is 1 block away from me and they send it to another town, someone dropped the ball.
Giving a shout out to Pizza Nova and their amazing gluten free pizza crust . They have a new GF crust and it is delicious ! I have always felt safe as someone with a Celiac when ordering from Pizza Nova . They take a GF allergy seriously and their customer service is great . Shout out to the Jane / Dundas location in Toronto !
So I just went to grab a slice. $4.50 per slice as advertised on the window. With a picture of all the slices. I order the Canadian, and I get charged 5.25. 5.90 with tax. So I asked what happened to the $4.50. He answered that it's just the subtotal. and only pepperoni is $4.50. I just have time to argue with stupid todayThey will rip you off.
Pizza Nova can't keep an order together for some reason every time. I order a pizza, they screw the order up. Whether I order 2 mediums. I only get one if I order a party size. With 4 choices, they only put one choice. What is with this place? They make too much money, the owner of that guy. Whatever's name is primuchi. Doesn't give a s*** about anybody but himself. Just a word of advice stop ordering from this piece of s***
