Well....being very hungry on a planned pizza party evening, the first thing we did was place our order with two pizzas coming to over 50 dollars. Seemed very expensive even for what was promoted as a "deal". Also told us that it would be 50 minutes. After about 55 minutes and no communication I called customer service to check order status and was told it would be on the way "soon". I asked if there would be a discount and was told that I needed to wait on phone while they looked into that. Meanwhile another call came in that was unable to answer. Thinking it might be the delivery at last I told a friend to check outside. She did not see a car and nobody came to the door. Meanwhile I discovered a voice mail telling me that because I didn't answer the phone the pizza was taken back to the store. So I called customer service and explained and they said they would send it out again and it would be free and it would arrive in fifteen minutes. No pizza. My friend gave up waiting and drove to another pizza store and got pizzas and came back with them. My pizza still had not arrived yet from Pizza Pizza. Back on the phone. Three more minutes I was told. After another twenty minutes the pizzas finally arrived cold and soggy. It was almost two hours from the time of our placed order.
