It took 45 minutes for delivery from a store in Peterborough (871 Chemong Rd.) which is a 7 minute car ride away. My food was barely warm. The driver. Mandy, said it was late because there was a fire in the store, but my food had left the store in a very timely manner. It was the delivery person (Mandy) that was the problem. It's too bad a delivery person can bring down the reputation of a business that has been around for a long time.

Ordered pepperoni xtra chees mushroom pizza online. Left immediately to drive and pickup. Got the pizza, tipped drove home to a gunch of hungry kids to discover they put something utterly unrecognizable on it- it tasted foul- the pepperoni was orange dry and tasted horrid. I look online wondering wow have they gone to a different pepperoni? nope pizzas online looked like I had always had- check my email receipt- That arrived after I had left home) and on it says VEGETARIAN PEPPERONI--nowhere on any of the pages on their website could I even FIND vegan peperoni= it definitely is not on their meat page,, their veg page, their extra page. Kids are fighting, crying hungry the pizza is foul- cant pick off the fake meat as the cheese is melded to its dry surface- call the only pizza pizza number they refuse to put me through to the store- and refuse to make it right- tell me I can go back and pick up another- it is now 7 pm kids are fit to be tied- I have to get to work- no time to get out and to the store get a replacement and come home. They refuse to deliver so the sitter can feed the kids- I order elsewhere and have to leave for work. I get an email later from them offering a $10 credit on a $30 pizza. Well they stole from me once- I will never go there again.
For a multi-million dollar franchise you'd think their online ordering system would be top notch. So very frustrating, logging me out, having to redo the order, and not remembering my location despite having ordered many times in the last month. This will be the last time I order from them. I'll stick with a local pizzeria instead.
Terribly disappointed for the order from Alliston Victoria St location wings were overcooked and no flavour at all. The pizza was like cardboard and the pepperoni was dry and tasteless, if it wasn't for the jalapenos it would have been as bad as the wings. 1st time purchase last time purchase too bad
I had a coupon that expired on February 1, 2026. I went to redeem it that day and it wouldn't work. I paid for the pizza and emailed head office with screen shots showing coupon expires soon. The response...it was only good in January....even thought February 1st was the last day to use it. Very disappointing that they won't honor their own coupons. Terrible customer service. Pizza Pizza you need to do better.
