Friday Feb. 14, I ordered an XL Fixed Rate Pizza:Order placed at 8:36 pm.Order arrived at 9:24 pm.Driver said it was busy. OK???????Free after forty minutes? Only response, was It was busy.Pissed off and hungry, I just took it.It was cold and lacked the double cheese I ordered.Under the thin layer of cheese on top was nothing!!I called customer service line. I was informed ,after I failed to “go away”, that it would be replaced , because it was cold and tasted terrible. NOT because it was late??? Then I received a call from the store itself, telling me I needed to cancel the replacement order. I refused and said “send the pizza”, and hung up. They called back, I did not answer. Pizza was delivered about an hour later. SATURDAY i RECEIVED A CALL FROM “CUSTOMER SERVICE”? THEY APOLOGIZED FOR THE PROBLEM AND OFFERED TO ISSUE A $20.00 STORE CREDIT. NOT EVEN EQUIVALENT TO THE COST OF THE PIZZA. I SAID DON’T BOTHER.I HONESTLY WONDER IF THAT CALL WAS REALLY FROM HEAD OFFICE.WHAT A HORRENDOUS WAY TO OPERATE A BUSINESS
