Over the years it hasn't gotten terrible the food and the service. My most recent order was through pizza pizza app I paid for it ahead of time and they have a 40 minute guarantee, I received my pizza cold and 45 minutes over the 40 minute or free. I called and thr gentlemen I spoke with said my refund had been processed, business day 5 I reached out because I have yet to receive my refund and I just was told 7 days thats when you'll get it, well day 7 and here we are with no refund and getting no communication back from customer service. I addressed my concern that I really didn't think it was processed and its here we are really not looking like it was done. Truly will not be returning to pizza pizza because every time something different happens.
