I ordered from Pizza Pizza (315 Dundas Street East) and my pizza was delivered late. Despite their “40 minutes or it’s free” policy, I have not received a full refund. The quality of the pizza was also unacceptable—it arrived cold and was inedible.Customer service has been completely unsatisfactory. I was given a $10 credit to use towards the purchase of another pizza, which I made clear was for the poor quality, not in place of the full refund I was promised for the late delivery. To date, no refund has been issued, and Pizza Pizza is not honouring its own delivery guarantee.I will not be ordering from Pizza Pizza again.
