Our two Panzerottis came extremely undercooked and very heavy from grease. We weren’t allowed to change our order to baked instead deep fried ( which wasn’t clearly noticeable during ordering) We couldn’t even get a refund but are forced to use a LIMITED TIME credit.( expiring in 6 months) We weren’t offered any type of credit, just an apology. ( after 3 calls) two calls got disconnected from their end. So basically, they were not held accountable for their actions, next customer who gives a poop right!?
