Placed an order at 5:15pm arrived downstairs at 5:58pm and apparently the 40min or free doesn't apply to certain people, talked to manager and was told driver was here at 5:53 but driver hadn't phoned me until 5:56 and I buzzed him in at 5:58. So in conclusion their 40min or free is a load of crap
