Well.. if I could put no star I would. I ordered a pizza ,at 12:30am I was very ill and in pain. Unable to cook for myself and needed food. I went to wait at @ the door “ as they say … we will be at your door ! After a long Time like 50 mins or so. I called to find out where the pizza was. The agent said. They called you and the driver was outside. 😳 so we cancelled. Nobody came to the door. ( house) I let them know that I was unable to go out in the cold and rain. In pain that would make it worse. My door is about 5 feet from the driveway !! So I gave the “ Instruction to @ knock at the door, “ some time later a customer service agent said that the driver refuses to deliver to me. I felt Shocked, violated, and hungry. After 26 mins of being on hold painfully making 4 calls. I gave up. I am feeling very mistreated. I made over 6 calls to order a pizza. And not once did a person come to my door. It gets worse.. the following day . A CUSTOMER service agent said. They thought you had COVID. 😡What a horrible display of “ SERVICE to your customers. Ifelt Violated and humiliated. I am still in shock. Even if it was Covid. What On Earth !! Covid is the same as the flu.Would you want more to ensure they got the food they need ??? Circus.
