The worst Pizza pizza Store. Let me first tell you all, I am a customer for last 20 years, there were issues here and there but nothing major, I moved to the area close to 2255 Erinmills store in Mississauga a while back, and there are 3 stores around my area but 2255 Erinmills is the closest one, anyways the issue is they have burnt my pizza 3 times, first time I didnt check and found that when I got to home and called pizza pizza and they ordered a $5 refund, anyways 2nd time I checked while I was still in the store and I showed they guy, surprisingly the guy was arguing that its not burnt but I can make you a new one, imagine working from home and going to pickup your food. Anyways I let that go, a week ago, they did the same thing and I found that out in the morning that the whole pizza is sitting there and no one ate it (it was for my kids and I left for work after dropping that pizza home), so I checked and it was burnt again, completely burnt. I called pizza pizza and again same, this time they are giving me $6 refund and so to me they think the burnt part was $6 and the rest you can eat, I don't know, it so stupid. anyways I am never calling them again. there are way better places I can order pizza.
