I only put a star out of necessityI had misplaced my card. Pizza shows, i give the guy my written down cc number- after a lecture abt how he doesnt want to wait - he doesnt get paid by thee hour yadda yadda-Then he says my card didnt go through- he proceeds to raise his voice about how i have no money- towards the passersby. Humiliating ...9So i call and find out the card automatically charges a 20% gratuity as well as thee actual bill amt, so i call in again to pizza hotline- and change the chicken wings to a smaller portion and a different kind as my friend doesn't like the first kind i chose- they take my order thoroughly, as if doing it for the first time.The order of wings went from honey garlic to salt n pepper..THREE HOURS LATER!! When all is resolved on my end with the payment method and i call it in, a worker says i cant pay that way as it says my card keeps getting declined.Why do they automatically assume a persons broke rather than perhaps the money being mistakenly in another account or some other event!?So i explained AGAIN that there was an issue and i called my bank and fixed it. Humiliated again!From 10 30 pm to 1 am this took place.The same driver (though id complained of his rudeness to the girl and she said she took down my complaint; ummm isnt this now a conflict of interest to have him ANYWHERE near my food!?) THEE ACTUAL SAME FOOD! pizza cold and all slices separated and hard. THE WINGS HAD BEEN HONEY GARLIC WITH A LARGE DUMPING OF PEPPER AND SALT STRAIGHT ON TOP OF THEM!I couldnt believe how rude these ppl were being!! So i was being punished for having banking issues with my card!??And I paid 40 of my dollars and spent 3 hours of my time for this treatment??This never would have happened before covid 19. There were actual standards of customer service and pride in ones company...ONCE IN AWHILE!!Disgusting.
