I’ve never had a problem with pizza pizza ever before but today was such an awful experience that I’m certain I’d rather never deal with them again!! Firstly, placed our order online, once it was placed and payment confirmed at the bottom there was a 50 minute price guarantee for our order! Pizza was late, over 5 minutes late to be specific, called customer service to get a refund and firstly, the man told me they don’t have a time guarantee and I said absolutely wrong cause it said the time guarantee at the bottom of the confirmation page! He then says the GPS said she pulled in 3 minutes before, from their own website I read “if it doesn’t arrive at your door or lobby by the time guarantee then the order is free” he argued with me and told me I was wrong and I got so angry he was arguing I had to hang up! I don’t know who to go to that’s over their head but I’m gonna find out because I’m tired of these places taking advantage of customers especially when everything is so so so much more expensive!!!
