Ordered $65 of food from the 10th Ave store in Vancouver yesterday, when the food finally arrived the delivery driver would not get the boxes out of the bag until I had paid (even had to tip 15%) of course the food was cold and inedible. Spent the next hour going through the ridiculous customer service system trying to get a refund, passed from pillar to post listening to the inane music whilst on hold drove me mad. After an hour they said I can have a credit note? Ha as if I will be ordering from there again, and if you have any common sense you wouldn’t either! So poor!!!
