The most terrible experience I have ever had in my whole life. If you're a foreigner - you better learn Polish, because they will ignore your English for 100% and continue acting like you understand Polish. If your card is blocked - forget about it, you're never getting contacted to unblock it again. If you don't like rudeness and when you're being shouted at - don't go to this bank at all.
