Worst banking experience in my life. They constantly block my card for standard transactions and disconnect Apple Pay without any notice. Their customer support is absolutely useless – they provide zero help and just waste your time while your funds are frozen. Total rating: 0/10. Stay away if you want to have access to your own money. Especially when you're abroad.

Extremely slow service at branches

Do not expect timely service at the branch. On my latest visit, I waited over an hour just to speak with a teller. The outdated banking system contributes to these long wait times, making it lag far behind other banks.

Very disappointed with currency transfers

I am very disappointed with how the bank manages currency transfers between my accounts. When I transferred funds from my local currency account to my foreign currency account, they applied an unfavorable exchange rate without prior notice. I only realized I lost a significant amount after the transaction was completed. It's frustrating that they offer a better rate elsewhere, yet use a worse one for the same operation. This lack of transparency is misleading and confusing for customers. Banks should be clear about exchange rates, especially during internal transfers.

A frustrating bureaucratic experience

The bank exemplifies how to turn a customer into an adversary. After opening an account while living abroad, I faced a nightmare when my app was blocked without explanation. Contacting customer service was costly and time-consuming, and they couldn't assist due to incorrect data in their system. The absurdity of needing to visit a branch during a crisis or send a notarized letter was frustrating. Despite my efforts, my account remains blocked, funds frozen, and they continue to charge fees for nothing. This bank treats customers as mere numbers, not human beings. I strongly advise against using their services.
