I loved a property here and paid a holding fee. However, we felt pressured to move in within two days after our credit checks were approved, despite expressing that we needed three weeks' notice. While we were offered a discount to expedite our move, we received no explanation for the urgency. After receiving abrupt emails about our supposed agreement—which we contested—we were told they would honor our original timeline. After seeing negative reviews reflecting similar experiences, we chose not to proceed with the rental. The stress and miscommunication led us to decline the offer, and to our dismay, we were informed that the holding deposit would not be refunded without any reasoning. This has been the most unusual and uncomfortable rental experience I've encountered.
