I loved a property here and paid a holding fee. However, we felt pressured to move in within two days after our credit checks were approved, despite expressing that we needed three weeks' notice. While we were offered a discount to expedite our move, we received no explanation for the urgency. After receiving abrupt emails about our supposed agreement—which we contested—we were told they would honor our original timeline. After seeing negative reviews reflecting similar experiences, we chose not to proceed with the rental. The stress and miscommunication led us to decline the offer, and to our dismay, we were informed that the holding deposit would not be refunded without any reasoning. This has been the most unusual and uncomfortable rental experience I've encountered.
My time as a resident here was extremely pleasant. From day one, my property manager was very helpful and handled every issue efficiently. The neighbors were friendly and supportive, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Thank you to the team for making it such a great experience.

She made my initial move feel welcoming, easing my nerves about relocating alone for the first time. She has always been quick to respond to maintenance requests and explains everything clearly.
