Run from this company, I was a good customer for almost 2 years, I bought my house and wanted to move but requested for extra days which was declined, they threatened to kick me out with 3 kids age 5,3 and 1.I ended up staying 1 extra day from the original date, they refused to collect the keys from me and intentional charge me until they collected the keys from the location they asked me to leave it keys.Lastly they made up charges at some point they had nothing to charge me for and made up the term "other" to charge me £88 pounds.They charged me to remove the bin but when I enter the property i met 4 bins asked for help to remove it but they declined.I will never recommend Run if you can
