The company could enhance their service by providing responsive customer support. On November 26th, I was billed for a renewal without prior notice. Had I known, I would have cancelled the service beforehand. After the unexpected charge, I logged into my account to cancel, but the message indicated I could continue using the service until November 2026. I want to cancel now, not later. I've reached out to customer support three times for a refund, but after ten days, I've received messages about high volume and no resolution. It feels like a tactic to deny refunds. A very disappointing experience.
