Frustrating Refund Process

The company could enhance their service by providing responsive customer support. On November 26th, I was billed for a renewal without prior notice. Had I known, I would have cancelled the service beforehand. After the unexpected charge, I logged into my account to cancel, but the message indicated I could continue using the service until November 2026. I want to cancel now, not later. I've reached out to customer support three times for a refund, but after ten days, I've received messages about high volume and no resolution. It feels like a tactic to deny refunds. A very disappointing experience.

Warning About Billing Practices and Customer Service

Caution is advised due to questionable billing practices. The service auto-renews, and the only way to disable this is by cancelling your account. If there's remaining time on your subscription, you lose access to your folders despite having paid for them. They also overcharged my annual plan by $30 last year and this year, with no response from customer support.
