have been with P4P since they took over my previous housing acosiation.We have been waiting nearly a year and a half to have the front and back door handle repaired as it keeps sticking.We then get calls on the day that the job is ment to be done with an emergancy that has come up, they would rebook it 3 months later and the same would happen.But they can come out within 24 hours if our door doesnt lock... hmmm...Been throgh the 'Fix it' stage since March/April, was told this would take up to 10 working days for someone to get in conact with us it was more like 3/4 weeks. asked to be put through to the stage one handler as the fix it told us it wouldnt be cancled again, but it sure was, Stage 1 we was told 10 working days, but yet again over a month later... reason... we are very back logged... NO S##T... and people wonder why we hate these companys. would soon be on our back if we didnt pay our rent tho...a date to fix the door was giving which i had told them 6 weeks ago i was unable to do, today was then told the next appt is October. Honestly such a joke!!!
