The triangle is in a continual poor state of repair, no swimming facilities, health club & changing with no refunds for members. Notices on the door do not give an accurate account of the length of time facilities are closed. Maintenance & cleanliness has always been an issue. Scheduled refurbishments have been lengthy & unfinished, whilst having a knock-on effect to other studio availability. Memberships are increasing in price for less value, booking changes & removal of padel (this will now cost far in excess of other local facilities). No responses to email queries on membership changes. I would have awarded 5 stars for fitness instruction & classes but the score reflects the state of the centre & corporate greed.
