Best swimming pool by a very long shot!
Clean facilities (swimming pool, showers, toilets, change rooms and lockers), steam room and sauna, friendly hours for early risers (0630 on weekdays and 0730 on weekends, friendly and helpful staff.
I can't complain about anything, first class!
I have been going to the pool for a few years now and every time it's a delight.

My Swimming Experience was great as always BUT why, why do you recently change the coin locker system, which I have successfully used here and several other places over the past Decades, to a Padlock system that requires customer provision of a Padlock and the memory of its code???.
I work in engineering and have a wise saying 'If it works, dont fix it'

Great leisure centre but its very busy and only 1 person checking people in. Causes long queues at busy times such as weekends and making us late for the start of our sports court times. Otherwise staff are helpful and friendly and the facilities are great. Just need more staff on reception.

Someone really needs to do something about the potholes on the entrance road, Triangle Way(?) at The Triangle in Burgess Hill!!!!!!
Triangle gym is nicer than The Dolphin in Haywards Heath, but barely!!!
Both quite small and basic for the price - quite a few machines missing that I normally use regularly.
I know there are other facilities, but for a 'council' run down site, small gym and a pool heavily restricted by timetable, it seems very expensive. More than I was paying at a private gym and pool (with unrestricted use) 30 mins away!!!
Kinda stuck as limited options living here, but doubt I'll stick it out for many months. Disappointed.

We recently had a soft play party for our 5-year-old and his friends, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. A huge part of that was down to the amazing staff.

Jonathan handled the booking process and his communication was clear, thorough, and reassuring throughout. On the day itself, Leanne was our main point of contact and she was absolutely brilliant - always available, incredibly attentive, and proactively anticipating what we might need. She went above and beyond, even cutting the cake for the party bags and finding us a sack to help carry the birthday boy’s presents out at the end.

A big thank you to Jonathan and Leanne. Overall, a truly wonderful experience that we’d happily recommend.

Disappointed by the Safety Regulations

I booked a swimming session with my family in an inflatable area. The lifeguards insisted I had to wear a life vest. A life vest in a pool? I felt completely insulted. I am a strong swimmer and have even saved three people from drowning in my life. Wearing a life vest in a pool is an absurd overreaction. It's not like we're swimming in a lake or the ocean where there could be strong currents. It's just a pool.

Parking Issues but Great Amenities

Parking is quite challenging, truly a headache! The car park should definitely be larger. There are queues that block the main road during busy hours. For my preference, it would be ideal if classes and the pool could open at 6:00 AM. On the positive side, the facilities are excellent, there’s a good variety of classes, and the staff and instructors are very friendly.

Exceptional support from the team member

The representative was incredibly helpful, explaining everything with patience and a smile, which made us feel at ease during the joining process. I truly felt welcomed, and the experience was wonderful. Thank you to the team member and the service. Best regards, Dinesh
