Disappointing pool in the Eclipse Center in Staines. Changing rooms are dirty and smelly. Staff allow users to walk with dirty shoes when signs clearly state 'shoes not allowed'. Manager says people just don't read the sign. The pool is dirty too despite being brand new. Lanes are available at odd times eg early morning or late night only. This is very unpractical. Membership is going up £5 a month from January according to a mail received today. This is quite a huge increase for the service provided! I am cancelling my membership.
