I often use the swimming pools and today I signed up for an Aqua Fit class. An excellent class with an experienced teacher. Although the changing rooms were a little chilly for me the water temperature was perfect. The staff are always very smiley and helpful. A great addition to High Wycombe’s fitness scene.
