The staff at Concordia are all very lovely and friendly, both the front desk, customer services and the fitness instructors.Prior to places leisure taking over the centre was probably not doing its best and to be honest I can’t see that any of that has changed since they took over. Concordia is dated the changing rooms are pretty grubby. In comparison to other sites Concordia feels like it’s been left in the 80’s which is a shame as it is large enough to accommodate so many needs.
