Aquafit on Thursday - Low Intensity with Becky. Places Leisure Eastleigh Brilliant class, great music. Becky understands how to get the most of exercising in water and is a fantastic motivator. I would recommend this class and give it 5 🌟 rating. Would do more classes if I could.
