I’d like to make a complaint about the swimming lessons. The instructor changed frequently, and when my daughter asked about missing progress points, the teacher said they had forgotten the tablet. My daughter’s questions were dismissed, and my son didn’t move up a stage for three months. Both children had the same instructor and were unhappy with their attitude and behaviour. It didn’t feel professional at all. We’ve been happy with other instructors, but not this one
