I came to the Risborough Springs centre for a swimming session for the first time last Thursday evening. Really enjoyed it and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the online booking system/app. I had another swim session booked for this evening which I am no longer able to attend. The website states that bookings can be cancelled either online or using the app, but I have tried both places and this is not the case. Very frustrating, particularly as I couldn't get through to the centre on the phone either. I could see that the session was fully booked, with someone on the wait list, so I wanted to cancel properly to give the person waiting a chance to book, but I have been unable to.
