They made me to buy upfront membership as was told that they don't do monthly anymore. But later on the information was wrong. And recently they kicked out my kid's from training pool as they were not Comfortable with them and they told that they are taking all the attention of life guards as they are not confident swimmers...it's a nightmare. I wish I could give a zero rating..I want to cancel my membership with them and want they refund me full amount of it. I'm still waiting for a reply from them.it's nearly a
