Over the past six months, I've attempted multiple times to set up an account for my special needs young adult. The company relies on a third-party service to verify identities through their app, but each attempt results in an error and denial of verification. I've tried using different forms of ID and various lighting conditions, but nothing works. My son has also faced the same issues. There’s no way to reach customer service for assistance, and the bank is unable to help with this verification process either. To make matters worse, the account can only be applied for online, leaving me without any in-person support. I'm shocked that this service is used to verify individuals who need these benefits.
