Over the past six months, I've attempted multiple times to set up an account for my special needs young adult. The company relies on a third-party service to verify identities through their app, but each attempt results in an error and denial of verification. I've tried using different forms of ID and various lighting conditions, but nothing works. My son has also faced the same issues. There’s no way to reach customer service for assistance, and the bank is unable to help with this verification process either. To make matters worse, the account can only be applied for online, leaving me without any in-person support. I'm shocked that this service is used to verify individuals who need these benefits.

The system is frustrating, with unclear transaction limits and ineffective automated support that offers no real help. There's a lack of support and no error codes to guide users. It feels as though the software has been poorly designed and hasn’t changed in over a year. I hope a competitor emerges soon.
They constantly shift the blame to users' financial institutions, but after troubleshooting, it's clear that the problem lies with the service itself. There’s no way for customers to resolve their issues, and we’re left to deal with our banks on our own.
This has been a consistently poor experience. No matter where I attempt to use it, it often fails or takes an unreasonable amount of time. Even when I manage to connect, the link often breaks during my next login, forcing me to repeat the frustrating process.
I'm baffled by how this software remains operational. It has never worked for me, despite entering the correct credentials. I receive a notification from another app to verify my identity, but it always redirects me back to the login screen without success.
My experience with this service has been entirely unacceptable. While abroad, I found my verified bank account suddenly disconnected. Upon trying to reconnect, I was forced to use a third-party service that requires SMS verification, which I couldn't receive overseas. Now, I'm completely locked out of my account from both sides. This is a significant system failure with no transparency or support for users outside their home country.
