I specifically selected and paid for a non-expiring plan from PlainProxies. However, the support team altered it to an expiring plan without informing me or obtaining my authorization. I did not request this modification. The plan later expired, and the issue was not corrected.Additionally, the proxy performance was consistently very slow. Despite raising this concern multiple times, support dismissed it as “normal.”These actions raise serious concerns about transparency and reliability. I cannot recommend PlainProxies.
