I specifically selected and paid for a non-expiring plan from PlainProxies. However, the support team altered it to an expiring plan without informing me or obtaining my authorization. I did not request this modification. The plan later expired, and the issue was not corrected.
Additionally, the proxy performance was consistently very slow. Despite raising this concern multiple times, support dismissed it as “normal.”
These actions raise serious concerns about transparency and reliability. I cannot recommend PlainProxies.
From the very beginning, I clearly stated that I wanted to purchase a non-expiring plan. At no point did I request or agree to a plan with an expiration date.Despite this, an expiring plan was activated on my account. I never selected an expiration option, and I did not consent to having a time limit placed on the service. Even after I contacted support to clarify that I did not want an expiring plan, the situation was not corrected.The plan was later allowed to expire, even though I had made my request clear from the start. Instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding, they relied strictly on their internal records and refused to offer a fair solution.Based on my experience, I believe customers should be extremely careful and double-check everything before paying. I cannot recommend this company.

Update: At least they were able to fix the issue after many hours, unlike some other brandsProxies no longer respond after using for an hourish, then I changed to another computer and it worked for another hourish and stopped working again, support is extremely slow, contacted them for several times and they couldn't fix the issue.

In customer service, it seems like they are unclear about the payment details. The calculations for the data used are confusing and seem excessive, especially given that I am on a paid subscription. Suddenly, the available countries have disappeared, and now I only see a low number of countries listed, despite the service being advertised as a residential proxy worldwide.
