I had been with them for 10 yrs and suddenly I was exceeding my data allowance on a regular basis and they were slapping on eye watering extra charges £200 +. At their suggestion I capped my spend but the cap never applied effectively and conitinued for 9 months with massive overspend. To be fair they my did eventually repay but it took hours of phone and email. I eventually went to the ombudsman who negotiated a penalty free contract termination. My mobile bill is now halved. The worst company experience I have had.(
