I am extremely disappointed with plan.com.

£570 has been taken from my account without any invoice, breakdown, or explanation of what this charge is for. I have received no clear communication and have no idea why this money has been taken.

Taking such a large amount without providing proper documentation is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency and clear billing, especially when it comes to significant sums of money.

I am still waiting for a proper explanation and a refund. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend plan.com to anyone.

Very poor experience.

Frustrating Experience with Disconnection Request

I submitted a disconnection request for my second number after the first one was already disconnected. I received on-screen confirmation that it would be disconnected by a specific date, but I never got an email confirmation for either number. It seems my request has been lost, and I risk being billed again for a third month without using the number. I lack confidence that the disconnection will ever happen, and I fear I will be charged indefinitely. I felt misled when I switched to this service, as they suggested they were affiliated with another provider and were merely extending my existing contract. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.

Frustrating Experience with the Service

I have experienced issues with the service for almost two years. Initially, they claimed to be associated with a well-known provider, which I was satisfied with, but that's not the case! During the first 12 weeks, I had no data despite paying for unlimited access, and I was incorrectly charged for using hotel Wi-Fi abroad. This is currently being investigated. Recently, I've experienced another lack of data, and despite reaching out to support multiple times, nothing has been resolved. Each call involves a wait of 3 to 40 minutes. I strongly advise against this service to avoid mental stress. I have requested to exit my contract and am seeking legal advice, as this situation is mentally draining. I have been with phone networks for 25 years without issues until I switched to this service.

CAUTION BEFORE ENTERING A CONTRACT...

CAUTION BEFORE ENTERING A CONTRACT WITH THE SERVICE. I was approached by a representative who, after a second attempt, convinced me to sign a contract. Although I was happy with my previous provider, I decided to give this service a chance due to the lower prices. It soon became clear that I was misled about the contract, which the representative acknowledged. Months later, I faced disconnection due to a missed payment (my oversight), and then absurd fines were added to my bill. After I made the payment, it took four days to restore my service. When I inquired, the service refused to refund me for the days I was without service. As of now, my account remains inactive for over a week after payment was made. While I am not receiving what I paid for, the service insists I will not be reimbursed, which seems illegal. Communication is lacking, and the overall experience is very disappointing. I am now pursuing legal action for resolution. AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS and stick to reputable providers.

Unwanted Cold Calls

Received two cold calls from this service, and during the second call, they tried to persuade me to switch from my current provider. It's hard to trust a company that resorts to this type of sales approach. My mobile number is flagged as a telemarketer on various sites.
