I submitted a disconnection request for my second number after the first one was already disconnected. I received on-screen confirmation that it would be disconnected by a specific date, but I never got an email confirmation for either number. It seems my request has been lost, and I risk being billed again for a third month without using the number. I lack confidence that the disconnection will ever happen, and I fear I will be charged indefinitely. I felt misled when I switched to this service, as they suggested they were affiliated with another provider and were merely extending my existing contract. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
