I am extremely disappointed with plan.com.
£570 has been taken from my account without any invoice, breakdown, or explanation of what this charge is for. I have received no clear communication and have no idea why this money has been taken.
Taking such a large amount without providing proper documentation is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency and clear billing, especially when it comes to significant sums of money.
I am still waiting for a proper explanation and a refund. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend plan.com to anyone.
