My son and I signed up several months ago for planet fitness online. Then I was in a car accident and I'm partially disabled now with no transportation and I have tried to cancel this membership multiple times! not only do they not give you any way to cancel except for coming into the gym, they signed us up for a PF gym in a completely different city that we don't live in and they expect me to travel to a different city to cancel a gym membership! This makes me so furious! So they are basically just destroying people's credit so they can make a buck! Never sign up for a gym that makes it difficult for you to cancel! They will destroy your credit in the process and then send you to collection agencies. Very disappointed in planet fitness I was hoping for better!
