The item I ordered was not as described. The material wss not as listed and the writing was all mis spelt...not as shown online. Requested a return and refund the day I received it and they take over a week to reply each time telling me their fulfilment team will get back to me. It has been a month now back amd fourthing with the same poor response from them so I am stuck with a £60 jacket I will never wear and out of pocket not through my own fault because I have tried. Am going to seek legal advice on how to report the conpany as they are not adhering to consumer rights they list on their website. The worst conpany. Do not order from them. I would of given zero stars if it was an option. They do not even deserve a onr star!
