I wish I could give zero stars. Out of three items ordered, only one arrived, while another was refunded and the last one was sent to the wrong address. The customer support is awful, taking weeks to respond and then telling me to track down a parcel delivered to the completely incorrect address after providing false tracking information. They refuse to issue a refund or respond to any of my emails.
AVOID THIS SERVICE. Items are sourced from a different platform! An unauthorized order was placed, and I have been attempting to resolve this issue for months. The support team is unresponsive, with no refunds or returns available, and there’s no option to escalate to a supervisor. The products do not resemble the images shown on the website.
If I could rate lower, I would. This service doesn't even deserve one star. The clothing quality is terrible; the jeans I received look nothing like the pictures, and the button didn't even fit the hole. The customer support is appalling. A representative told me that I ordered what I received and threatened me if I contacted my bank. They are violating consumer laws. PLEASE, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. I spent a significant amount on terrible clothes for my daughter, who was so excited to receive them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are scammers.
My daughter wanted items from this site. I warned her that the company might be based in China and would likely deliver poor quality. She found information indicating they were UK-based and went ahead with the order. Huge mistake—the stock is in China. I've been waiting two weeks and keep receiving useless tracking updates, but the items haven't even left China yet. I would cancel if I could. The website doesn't clearly state that all items ship from China. I can't even verify the status of the items.
This is completely unacceptable! I am appalled by my order. The delivery service left the package outside in the rain, risking theft. I ordered jeans with patterns, but what I received was thin polyester without labels or hems. The patterns looked poorly applied, and they even attempted to paint on rips instead of making real ones! It looked nothing like the advertised picture and cost £65! The package arrived crumpled, with no delivery note. I can't find a way to request a refund as they state they don’t accept returns unless the item is broken—which this purchase essentially is. I’m very unhappy as I’ve seen this company promoted as high-quality across social media, which is far from the truth. Please do not buy from this company!
This has been the worst experience I've ever had! The clothes took three weeks to arrive, and when they did, the tracksuit set and pink bottoms were made of thin, poor-quality material, nothing like the photos. They really need to improve their suppliers. The true religion skirt I received is nice, but I ordered a size small, and it’s way too big; it seems they cut out the actual size before shipping. I'm massively disappointed and very unhappy with this order.
