I submitted withdrawal requests starting February 6.

On February 11, support stated that my casino rounds were under provider review.
No provider name has been given.
No completion timeline has been provided.
My follow-up email (after 48-hour notice) has not been answered.
My account is verified. All bets were placed manually.
I am requesting the completion of the remaining withdrawals.

Update – 21 February 2026
Three withdrawals ($500, $600, $190) have now been pending for over 15 days.
Initially, they blamed WebMoney. WebMoney confirmed my account is fully operational.
Then they claimed the casino provider needs to review my baccarat rounds.
No KYC requested. No bonus used. Account active.
This appears to be selective payment when a player wins.
I will continue updating this review until my remaining withdrawals are paid.
