I submitted withdrawal requests starting February 6.
Initially, my withdrawals were rejected with the reason: “WebMoney restrictions”.
I contacted WebMoney support directly, and they confirmed my account was fully operational.
After I requested alternative withdrawal methods, the platform processed:
• 300 USD via WebMoney
• 300 USD via crypto
• 300 USD via crypto
Total paid: 900 USD.
However, three remaining withdrawals (500 USD, 600 USD, 190 USD) have now been pending for over 12 days.
On February 11, support stated that my casino rounds were under provider review.
No provider name has been given.
No completion timeline has been provided.
My follow-up email (after 48-hour notice) has not been answered.
My account is verified. All bets were placed manually.
I am requesting the completion of the remaining withdrawals.

Update – 21 February 2026
Three withdrawals ($500, $600, $190) have now been pending for over 15 days.
Initially, they blamed WebMoney. WebMoney confirmed my account is fully operational.
Then they claimed the casino provider needs to review my baccarat rounds.
No KYC requested. No bonus used. Account active.
This appears to be selective payment when a player wins.
I will continue updating this review until my remaining withdrawals are paid.
This company is a scam. Losing money to them is fine, but don't expect to get your winnings back. I have all the complete screenshot evidence, which I will upload later if needed.
Complete crooks. I deposited one ruble to try them out. I made two bets and won them. I currently have 2 rubles in my account and a little more.
